I'm finally finishing the sauce to the balsamic chicken I made the other day.  The flavor of the sauce is wonderful.  I just need to reduce it buy half and swirl in a tablespoon of butter.  I had a bit of guacamole to tide me over when I got home from work.
Always move forward. Never look back.

Flat Iron Steaks from the charcoal grill with Ronny's Johnny's seasoning, and Steak Sauce Bush's Grilling Beans!

...I started the coals...went to the pool for 30 minutes...had a beer...shot the sh-t with new friends...stirred the political pot by bringing up Trump...then left them jawing and came back to grill the meat...! A successful evening so far...   (my family members have identified me as the pot stirrer in the family...!  8) In fact, my cousins, who'd known Lucy all their lives, told her about me when they realized we were getting serious... She married me anyway...! |^|

...now getting ready for some serious TV and reading...!  :P
Happy Aquariuming,
Ron
