And I had a hanker'n for peppermint ice cream, the pink one, that is only around this time of year.  Finally got the last one at WM, and boy is it good!  Hope I can make it last a week.

I'm off beef here lately.  Who knows why.  I'm kinda hankerin' for a savory stew with either lamb or pork with bones attached.  (the flavor is in the bones)  I'll likely go with the pork.  Lamb cost an arm and leg here due to no demand, and all they sell are the fancy cuts not the stuff that makes a good stew.
