That same old chicken salad that I've had for 3 days in a row now.  It is quite good, but I'm glad that I've eaten it all up.  Tomorrow I'll make chicken tacos from the leg and thigh meat.  I make a killer salsa with avocado.  I'll fry the chicken meat a bit to make it crisp and delectable.  After that I'll be done with chicken.

I'm looking forward to cooking this week end.  I've already made my grocery list.
