I'm sorry to hear that your allergic to pork. I thought that I had it bad with a shellfish allergy.

I have trouble eating smoked pork...as I lived on a hog confinement that caught fire just a few feet from my house and the odor of those that either died or perished has caused me to have to many flash backs of that week. 2 fires in 3 days.....
