Friday's coffee

..coffee's very good.....it's a cold overcast day....40's now...maybe 60 later?....but better than snow...LOL

..putz'n and whatever today....not sure if we'll put out the garage sale, or not.... ..

..A bit of fish room tinkering early tho....I need to finish up a couple water changes and fry moves....slept in, so getting a late start....

..now that I'm somewhat awake....it really looks crappy out there right now......back under the covers ....it's a possibility....LOL

It's still really nice out here except for that damn pollen. It's going to rain later this evening & throughout the night and that should wash a lot of that pollen away.

Coffee is great today. After I finish I will probably do today what I was supposed to do yesterday. Water Changes.

Sauteed pepper and onion.
Paprika, garlic powder, onion flake, salt, and the magic aka cayenne pepper powder.
Chicken breast.
Cast iron skillet melted butter.
Brown it up and let it get mostly cooked.
Slice it up.
Add a good white wine (left over from last night's meal) to deglaze.
Add sliced mushrooms.
When it's done add back in the peppers and onions.
All I needed for tonight's dinner.
And it was superb.
