Leftover hamburger. I did have a nice ribeye steak sandwich at a Portuguese restaurant in Maryland for lunch. The place is called Nando's Peri Peri.

The food was excellent. They are sort of a combination fast food/sit down restaurant in that the only thing the waiter does is bring you your meal.

You pay when you order at the counter and the food is fresh grilled. It is good eating with great ambiance.
