Friday early chow here...

...we got hungry so just heated up the pot roast/ potatoes/ onions/ green pepper/ tomatoes, etc.....opened a can of cranberry sauce...

BOOMBA !!.....a delicious meal....(again )

I made a flat piece of corned beef that was in the refrigerator for the last couple of weeks. It is sure good. Had french fries and leftover mac & cheese with it. Sure was good. I have some more in the freezer.

...corned beef is good anytime...MMMmmm...mmmm        we've got a few left in the freezer too......I'm saving one to grill outside..

I am going to smoke one into a pastrami if I can ever get this grill going on a regular basis. Come on Spring.
