Today is "Cheap Fried Chicken Monday" at the local supermarket so that's what's on the menu. A side of mac & cheese too.

...nice....that sounds so good too !!.........tomorrow night we'll either have pot roast, or pork chops....we have both thawed out now....yum yum...

..Barb, have you ever cooked you pork roast on a bed of kraut?....short ribs are good that way too....MMMmmmm

Nope, kraut is a food I have never cared for.  But Bill would like it.  He likes Ruben sandwiches or sausage with kraut.
