Left over coq au vin again tonight.  It's excellent but I yearn for something new and different.  A lovely gentleman gave me his recipe for Cannelloni.  I have never made that before and it sounds delectable,  Lots of cream  and cheese in it.  I'll make it tomorrow and let y'all how it is,  I bet it's good.  The guy gave excellent instruction...as good as the instructions that Mr. Decidedly Devious gave me for the dolmas, and the  Cannelloni is way easier and takes far less time.
