Nothing fancy.  Just my perfect meat loaf and mashed 'taters with 1/2 & 1/2, butter sour cream, extra sharp and white cheddar.  I'm not sure which is better, the taters or the meat loaf

Sounds like a tasty dinner, but where is the veg?  Bill would say the potato is the veg, but I would have a green one of some kind, maybe asparagus, broccoli, spinach, salad, etc.  I am making your meatloaf recipe later this week.  You know where I got it.

There kind of wasn't one unless you count the 1/2 green pepper I and 1/2 c of onion I put in the meat loaf,   I ate the other half of the green pepper raw and also ate a couple of wonderful scallions from a bunch a wonderful customer gave me.  I minced part of one to put in the mashers and ate the rest of it raw.  It was so beautiful and mild and delicious that I ate 2 more.  I used to be all about veggies.  These days, not so much huh
