I'm continuing a tradition for Resurrection Day with the boy. We made ravioli and spaghetti together. Nice thin dough not that thick stuff from store bought. Home made gravy, meatballs too. Sausage is store bought. I've got my grandparents sausage maker (and pasta cutter too) but just don't feel like making fresh sausage. Grandma's pasta maker is just too old to use anymore. She got it in Italy when they went back on the DaVinci.
