The Beast

Mom went to BJ's after work and paid for the Beast.  He cost her $350. and she doesn't even know for sure if what BJ replaced (the pressure booster) will for sure fix his problem.  BJ drove him and even though he did it exactly as she told him he could not make his brakes fail.  Poor mom no longer has faith in the Beast.  She dreads having to deal with the people who may want to buy him, but she wants him off her chest.

She's still driving me, but she'll need a ride in to town to get us both home.  It will require her asking a favor.  She's so bad at asking favors.  Personally, I don't understand why she is the way she is.  It's over my head.  After all, I'm just a truck.
