I don't believe that I will eat a real meal today.  I'll have a couple of slices of toasted bred and butter.  It will be enough.  It's a shame that I like cooking more than I like eating, but that's the way it is.

It's what freezers are for..........we occasionally good a couple/few meals at once and freeze then for later ....or make a big batch of stuffed peppers, or cabbage, and freeze half for another time....it gives us lots of options ....

I have excellent stuff that I have frozen.  I'm not in the mood for a real meal.  All I want is enough to keep me alive and kicking until tomorrow.  Tomorrow I will be hungry and I will eat well.

Tonight was $6.95 burgers night at Applebee's. Couldn't resist! Our interior is totally masked for texturing and spraying the ceiling for tomorrow and another night out for dinner. The Grilled In Triple Bacon Burger is a winner!!  And then, of course, a Blue Moon with an orange slice to wash it down.
I'm ready to go back for another.

Sausage gravy and biscuits.  Billy the dog, loves his pork.....  almost as much as he loves his chicken!  LOL

Had a real hankerin' for some au gratin potatoes, but just wasn't in the mood to peel potatoes.....

Biscuits and gravy here also. Only I got out the wrong sausage. It was spicy sausage!!!  I liked it but Tina not so much
