I have not as yet heard back >:(  I did a different search for the EBay seller which is called factpruauthorizedoutlet.  This time I found a phone number.  I will call them Monday.  I don't care if it's Christmas and they're busy.  I have an expensive piece of equipment that is nothing but a Christmas ornament.  Someone there had better make this right or I will slam them on their feedback.
