Are you judging from experiences of your own children  ,or maybe yourself at that age.
Or do you just distrust all teens/children/people.

I think we're talking two different things....they do it over many days, as a team.. only showing the highlights on the show....the average hobbyist would take much longer assembling everything and setting up something similar.....

..for all we know, behind the scenes they might be doing things (semi-) correctly ??

I've watched almost all of the shows, some are quite silly, but some have been rather good.  My suggestion to them, as if they care  ,  would be to either speak it, or have it written on screen that:
This is done over periods of time, with much more detail than shown, and it is not the way a mere hobbyist would do it.  They once did a huge tank of live plants and discus.  It came out well, but probably didn't last long as a healthy tank.

I am pretty sure they have a company on board at the onset Jon. They've used the same one here for at least two of the episodes shot in Tampa and St. Leo.

My question was in fact in the form of a question. I never said I distrusted anyone. I asked BigB why we would trust him. And he answered. He doesn't know why we should.


BTW my son is only 6. I don't trust him to set up a fish tank.

Ok hold up. Now that I have thought about it some more, I know why. Because I can stock it better then they could. I know more about stocking fish then they do and I know which types of fish can get along better then they do. That is why you should trust me.
