Had my cup. Now it's time to do a little work. Lucy has been backing out of our real estate work and I have encouraged a friend in the hood here to get his license, which he's done, and come to work as a showing agent for the listings in here. He did and I'm waiting for him to come with donuts and we're going to input my newest listing into the MLS this morning.

Weather is nice here these days. In the 70's and low 80's.

My cups were very good indeed. Did a huge W/C today. After worrying about my water bill (New House, new rates, 3 month billing) I finally got it and it was a third of what I expected. This means I am able to step up my W/Cs big time. Unless they made a mistake. Then I am screwed. lol

No. I remember when they started that crap in Elgin. Garbage pickup used to be free there. Here it is paid through the HOA fees.

I am so lucky.  Water is cheaper than dirt here.  My water bill isn't even a consideration and I change around 350 gallons daily.
