if you look very carefully, you can see my Clamintus, on the side of the fence. I had it on a different part of the fence last year and the dogs kept running over it, when the people next door let out their dogs. I`m surprised it lived. So I move it to where the dogs don`t go and it seems to like it there. It should be red and will look good with all the blue over there. Our house is cream so I can`t plant white or pale yellow, it just blends in.

She either pulled it up by the roots or bit it so short that there was nothing left to grow back.  This horse loves flowers.  She has totally decimated my wild flowers.  She selects them over lush grass.  She likes Dianthus.  I have 2 of them left   She pruned my Hybiscus once but hasn't been back to it.  It must not be too tasty.  Daffodills, Day Lilly's Garlic, and Plox are safe with her.  She avoids that pretty flower that's leaves look just like marajana. She hasn't touched my rose or my blueberries or the wild blackberries.  Her mouth isn't as tough as a goat's mouth.

It's my fault.  I let her roam the yard unfenced because she doesn't wander off.  I figure that horses are more important than plants and to be honest, I've never seen the old girl in better condition.

If I have any money left after Charlotte and the carpenter I'll have my other pasture fenced.  But I think that a carport is more important than fencing and I doubt that I'll have money left.  I know that I could do it myself, but it would be such a  miserable chore for me do dig all those post holes and brace the posts and stretch the wire...Hell, I'm old!   I don't need that!
