Oyster stew and later a baked potato with butter, sour cream, shredded onion since I had no chives, a touch of shreaded shar cheddar, and bits of crisp minced left over Cajun sausage

...now that's building a 'baker'.....     one of the malls around here used to have a "One potato, two potato...." place that you could buy a huge 'baker' and have all the various toppings that you wanted.....very popular place.....
