Interesting.
I first saw this a couple of weeks ago as an add for the Greater Portland Aquarium Soc (GPAS) advertizing their plant sail.
Both those guys are in GPAS as I understand.
The words were something like
I want some plants for my aquarium
Gpas plant sale this weekend
I'm gonna get some for my tank!
yadda,yadda yadda...
