Thanks Willie, Myself I like the 55's and 20H and 30's anyway.......40's can be a waste of space sometimes....too big for pairs, to small for grow out of any extended time....except maybe using them for keeper pairings.....??  foot print is off a bit too....

They're great for a scaped tank though. I just find the 55s too narrow.

Yes, I've seen some nice 40's 'scaped'.....55's are great fry tanks, and you can do some nice scaping in them too....taller/med plants grow well in them.....
