I still hate windows 8.1. I looked for 6 hours for the pics I took. Got so mad I unhooked my new computer and hooked the old one back up.

It should be under Windows Photo gallery....click 'start'...all Programs..the 'Windows Photo gallery'

My laptop at work updated to 8.1 without my permission.  It's better than Windows 8 because you don't have to swipe your screen to get to the other things you have open.  Other than that I can see no difference.
