It's been cooking in the oven slowly since noon.  It will still be another 45 minutes before it's ready.  I would die of hunger if I didn't get most of my calories from beer ::)

It's a good day for chilli here. Sounds good, but tomorrow it will taste better. Nothing better than chilli day 2

I know.  Any kind of stew or soup is better after a day in the fridge.  I'm amazed and how much more the flavors meld after a day of aging.  I bet there something going on in the food that has to do with enzymes.  I bet Bill would know.  He's the scientist here.
