Been one of those bumper cars WAY too many times. I now have a steadfast policy: if there's icicles hanging from the trees it's time for the "dogslide test". I send the dog out onto the deck. If he slides on his butt before the stairs, I go back to sleep. Had way too many close calls and I've finally wised up.

It's been passing through here..doesn't look like much ice in town, but the roads outside of town have to be getting some of it....the ugly 'black ice' too....
