My meal of the day is beef liver with onions, parsley, and lemon juice, over rice.  Delicious.

I love them but I've tried to cook them and I don't have the touch :-[  There is a convenience store about 10 miles away that has excellent ones.

We have a small town near us that is nicknamed Gizzard City. They have a gizzard festival every year.
