One of my dearest customers brought me a huge mess of Okra the other day.  When they bring me their produce the always bring me enough for a family of 6.  I'll fry some and make a good seafood okra gumbo but I'm pickling the rest of them.  Pickled okra make a great snack and I'll have enough to snack of for several months :)
Always move forward. Never look back.

I believe that I've had that....pretty good. I had a friend that used to make 'dilly beans' with cut green beans.....awesome, used em on a toothpick in martinis.... ;D
