Cook Pancakes in the Muffin Pan!!

Only fill the tin 1/2 full and it will create the crater when it bakes. Fill with fresh berries... or just use it as a bowl for syrup lol

(bake at 425 for about 8 minutes) - If you're using a smaller muffin tin, they'll be pancake 'bites"... still awesome!!!
