...more coffee .....really cooled down last night. Hopefully that's the last of those types of storms for a long while. I shudder to think about that being snow, not rain....snow and winds are not a good combo..

Watching the news last night, we saw the huge devastation there in Illinois! Do any of you have friends or family affected?  I sure hope not.

No, we were all fortunate. I just checked the yard and roof shingles, all looks ok...rearranged a bit and the deck plastic needs to be reattached. Lots of smaller limbs, and debris, and most the leaves are finally down. Sunny now, but still gusting....

We made it thru , except a couple big trees down. But a couple of friends from tricounty fish club lost alot. Not sure how bad, still waiting to hear from them
