Just curious, I saw somewhere that a guy made a plywood tank. I know most of us have repaired a tank,or two....but I've never even considered making one....just seems cheaper/easier to buy one...??

I keep trying to get my husband to do it. He is a glazier works with glass everyday. Big office buildings, house window, even builds showers in peoples homes. Will he build me a tank? remains to be seen. A guy at the swap meet told him he should there was money in it LOL

i looked into making a large thank out of plywood.    Only my helpper went back to IOWA (Brent).    (200+ gallon grow out) considered leaving it out side for a summer grow out tank. (Average temp in Washington is 65 degrees). Still on my todo list for some day.
