Saturday, I made soup from a chicken carcass and a cut up pork chop.  Threw everything available in it.  Used a good bit of thyme and a bit of rosemary.  I prefer barely but had none so had to use rice.  Good Lord it was good.  It was better the second day and even better today.  It's all gone now.

There are some things I can do and some things that I cannot.  One thing I can do is make good soup and stew.  The key is using bones.  The flavor is in the bones.

Ox tails.....great for soup, left over pot roast(save some fat)...is real good too...
