I've been cooking another of Chef Paul's recipes.  This time it was the meat balls with rose sauce.  His recipes take some time and attention but they are amazingly good.  My lunch/dinner is almost ready, but I've done a little tasting as I've gone along.  I can tell already that this one will be as good as all the others I've tried.
