Wow what an afternoon....Got home from work today and after our trip to the local produce stand over the weekend...We got busy we froze 8 quarts of sweet corn..(and had some for dinner) did up 6 quart jars of tomatoes for making spaghetti or chili this winter...and then 4 quarts of salsa mixture. We also managed to do up 2 quarts of green beans....Gonna be some good eatin's this winter....Gonna have to make another trip to get a bit more....
