..was going to have spaghetti but the Italian sausage didn't thaw... wfwf

The microwave has a defrost setting, I finally figured out how to use it. Works pretty good too.

Tried a new version of chicken and peppers tonight.  Instead of pasta sauce I used a can of regular tomato sauce with some sweet baby rays barbecue sauce added.  Oh I think I died and went to heaven, that was so good.

..I'm not fond of mw defrosting anything......somehow it disturbs the texture/taste..... huh....probably just me tho... huh

...I float meats inside a zip lock bag in a basin of hot water to thaw often...
