?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

Half of a NY Strip sliced in half lenghtwise and seared on both sides with a refreshing cucumber/sour cream salad.  If I'm still hungry when I'm finished I'll boil up an ear of home grown sweet corn.  (One of my customers brought me corn today.  So much that I'll have to cut some off the cob and freeze it).
Always move forward. Never look back.
