2 Poblano peppers stuffed with pepper jack cheese, dipped in egg and flower and fried until the breading was brown and crisp and the cheese was melting out the open side topped with a spicy smoked salsa.

Jon, you eat 3 times a day.  I only eat once a day.  Two Poblano peppers stuffed with cheese is not a huge meal for me at all.
