..how lazy a day.....LOL....I  nuked leftover mashers and gravy for lunch...

T-bones would mean firing up the grill.....it is about 45degs out....but I'm not going out there tonight....

I got collard greens cooking with a huge ham bone with lots of ham still on it.  Collard greens may not sound like a meal but there will be so much ham in and gelatinous stuff in mine that it will make a fine meal.  It won't be ready for nearly an hour.  I hope I don't starve to death before it's done.
