This Mexican Tienda a few miles down the road has food to good that I went there to buy my meal.  They make what I want way better than I can, so why not.  A quart of oxtail soup is $10, and for me it's two meals and it is even better when it has aged in the fridge for a day or two.  I was hoping for the chiles rellenos but they won't make them until tomorrow.  I'll have the soup tonight and go back for the chiles rellenos with a side of rice and beans tomorrow.
