We went to a fabulous Polish restaurant with Gale's cousin and her husband. Outstanding food.

Grilled cheese - pepper-jack on whole wheat.  Need to bake more bread today.  Some weeks, 2 loaves last the whole week, others, just a few days.

...pork ribs, grilling beans, potato salad, rolls and 3 different kinds of pie....across the street with about 10 others....yummers!....
