That it takes will power is a given.  I'm not above using an aid.  Why make the suffering worse than it has to be?  The CDC recommends using aids.  I screwed up 2 weeks after I ignored their advice.  The CDC has studied this and has found the most likely way to success.  I think they know more about the issue than you do.

...the key word here is 'aid'....fact is that it's still up to you...

I'm still vaping. I'm not in a big hurry to get off the fake nicotine, my lungs are way better off now than they were with the smoke.

Vape myself. Love it!! Right now i'm smoking a juice called black and blue. It is black cherry and blue raspberry. I started out with 18 mg nicotine and am now down to 10
