Tuesday eats...?

I'm almost out of no-bake cookies, and not a bit of the quick type oats.  Well Billy is due for a trip to the bank drive-thru, I'll swing by and pick some up.  Might get some beef too for some more of that yummy meatloaf of Liz's.

So what if I am?  I like stuff like meatloaf too, you know.  All I care is that it tastes good to me.  That usually means making it myself.  Got a problem with that?

I decided on tamales.  I know that their mostly corn meal and I said I didn't want carbs and tamales are mostly carbs.  The corned beef just didn't attract me.  The tamales did.  I guess I'll freeze the corned beef and have it when I get back in the mood for it.

The honest truth is that I so much love Mary Kitchen canned corned beef hash so much that I hate to waste a real corned beef on hash.  I sound very unlike a food snob now, don't I?
