I was out of rice (impossible but true) so I had extra beans.  It was great!  I'm as full as a tick.

More corn beef and cabbage.  Every time I fix cabbage, Frank says, "I could have this at least once a week!"  I guess I need to find more cabbage recipes.  LOL

...Velveeta is wonderful.....and makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches, and just soften it a bit more to make pickle/pimento spread...
