..no not yet....but soon hopefully, it shows signs of letting up....but you know how evenings are, for some reason, you feel it gets worse....

I think it's because you distract yourself it from it during the day by doing what must be done.  By evening you are plum wore out and have nothing else to do but and feel miserable.  Take NyQuil before you turn in.  The fake one called NiteTime is not the same.

just took an Alka-Selzer plus and a Benadryl.... ..gonna sleep good tonight....likely feeling good too....LOL
