Looks like we are having beans and dogs. I see a pack of hot dogs thawing on the table.

I'm not afraid of work.  I can lay down right next to it and go to sleep.

Hot dogs here too.  Mine will be thin sliced and fried with taters and onions.  Got some day-old succotash to go with it...  yum yum.

I had the best tuna salad in the world, I kid you not.  It came out of my own head!

A big can o' tuna drained
a big ole cellery stick chopped fine, or two smaler ones
a minced leak
a wee bit of kosher salt
a good many grindings of coarsely ground black pepper
A generous squeeze of anchovie paste
Capers (I think I dumped in a table spoon of them)
a big old dollop of Hellman's Mayo
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix it all up cover tightly and stick it in the fridge till well chilled.

I know, I know, everyone can make tuna salad but this was very very very good!
Always move forward. Never look back.

Lucy and I love tuna salad...this recipe sounds great for me, but Lucy likes simple...Lemon juice, tuna, Best Mayo.  I like to add more to mine...usually sweet pickle relish.
Happy Aquariuming,
