Years ago, we had a female cockatiel named Roscoe.....the cage door opened like a gang plank, and was usually open....she'd walk out to the end and I'd say "off we go"....she'd lean forward hang'n on and flap for minutes at a time.....I kept expecting the cage and all to fly around the room.....LOL
