I tried Ken's heaters for those 'blue' ones he had on sale for a bit......trash....and I can call Jehmco and talk to John anytime.....Ken's a little harder to reach most times......

I tried contacting Ken's with a question once.  They do not respond!  Jhemco is in a classs of it's own.  They have converted grams per liter to "how teaspoons per 10 gallons" for me and didn't make me feel stupid.  I'm very fond of Jhemco.  They run their business the way I try to run mine.  I still use Ken's when I know what I want because they always have it cheap.  I need to think again about who I give my business to.

Always move forward. Never look back.

I have a 1000 watt from www.fishtanksdirect.com because they were the only ones I could find it from at the time.
