Tomorrow I bush hog.  It will be fun.  My neighbor lets me use his big fine tractor.  Afterward I'll take Charlotte down into the woods so I can pick up large fallen limbs.   She and I will both enjoy it.  I'm thinking about re-working my front yard  to better reflect my personality.  I need the limbs to line paths.  If I decide against my plan I can cut up the limbs and burn them in the fire pit.

Monday I have the job that I am least looking forward to.  I need to see what's wrong with the belt on my DR Trimmer. It's either broken of off it's pulley's. I've read how to do it and have watched the video.  Surely I can do it.  I know what sockets I need. I need to do it.  The repair place is backed up 3 weeks.
Always move forward. Never look back.

Tomorrow for us...get up make coffee, drink coffee...think about breakfast...eat something...maybe Ham and Pancakes??....putz for a bit downstairs....Three of the G'kids are coming over while their folks do some errands....run, play, walk to the three parks nearby....come back and goof off in the backyard....after they leave, relax....get ready to cook on the grill......relax....fire up the grill and cook some chops w/'Sweet Baby Ray's'......eat, relax on the deck swing.....putz around the yard??...whatever... ;D

Today, after cruising the garage sales, we had some leftover sloppy Joe's for lunch, then I cut the grass, while Jan planted some more flowers in the beds and watered the garden....then we molded out on the swing and talked for awhile....nice day, all is good  ;D

Liz, watch yourself out there, be safe and have fun....the wood lined driveway sounds neato.. ;D....just load up Charlotte with some extra for the fire pit....

I've been trying to work on my stand. Life keeps getting in the way. I got two side panels done. I was hoping to get more done.  I'll try and leave the auction early tomorrow so I can work on it. I wanted to get the tank running this weekend. I don't see that happening.

Weeds and/tree pollen terrible out here too. >:( I will say that my allergies are behaving a little better here than in Chicagoland. 8)

Too Many Fish. Not Enough Tanks.

I just got done with my first "must do".  Four hours of bouncing around on the tractor has pretty much taken it out of me.  I need to bathe badly.  I need to eat!  I'm going to put off my other two "must do's" until tomorrow.  Doing that doesn't hurt my feelings any more.  All my life I've thought that I could accomplish more in a day than I am able.

I'll start with the lawn mower job first, since I want to do it the least.  Gathering limbs to make paths from will be my reward for having done the lawn mower.

After getting clean and full of food and perhaps a nap, I'll devote the rest of the day to the fish room and doing laundry.
Always move forward. Never look back.

We're back from trap shooting. It was our best outing so far. Gale 19. Bob 21.  My scores have slightly improved from last year, but Gale is going up in leaps and bounds. She's a very dedicated shooter and I see the day coming soon that she out shoots me regularly.

She's a better pistol shot than I am by far. Those years of practice with her Dad were not in vain.
