I made a pot of spaghetti sauce w/ lots of ground Italian sausage....cooked up the 'sketti'...salad on the side.....dayam, it was good.....

I made this soup and some of you may have heard of it Rotel Soup

It is a 1lb. ground beef, I use buffalo
3 cans minestrone soup campbells
1 can ranch style beans
2 cans rotel tomatoes
1 onion chopped
heaping spoon of chopped garlic
Coriander no certain amount just dump in what I want.

Brown meat garlic and onions, dump everything else in a crockpot, when meat is done dump it in too. Stir it to get mixed all together. Let it cook all day stirring occasionally.
It is so good. Every one loves it. Even hubby he is pickiest eater you've ever ran into.

I know I know. I need to get some and fix it for him. He loves bread!
