here we go.   We got snow here in Washington.    Maybe a 1/2 inch of the stuff...    Schools and business's will be closing for the day.... LOL!!!

Thanks Jon.  Everything is covered in ice right now.  Schools are all closed, events have been cancelled. It's a very slick ice too, some spots look ice free but they're not. There's a car in the ditch down the road.  Snow is so much better.

LOL...yep, a lot....you can count them in the ditches as you pass by....but some just got unlucky too....damn black ice is hard to see sometimes...nasty stuff

I'm on my way out the door right now.  Still have a little freezing rain coming down.

It's gotten colder and freezing rain is still coming down.  The salt I spread on our steep driveway and walkway to the front door melted only the spots where it landed.  Usually the melted iced creates a saltwater that spreads and melts everything. 

I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere today.  My husband had doc appointments and I'll be happy when he gets back home, off those roads.

Hunker down as Jon said, lady friend.  Stay safe and snug.  Only thing I have to worry about are tornadoes and rare dangerous hurricanes.
