Nice size club in Cincinnati and they usually have a great auction with lots of very cool plecos.  Not expecting to find much in the way of Danios, but you never know.

WOW, what a day!  Got there about 10:00am, after checking out the fish, the auction started at 11:00am.  Around 1:30pm, my friend Bob ask me if I though he should volunteer to help out, (Bob is a fantastic auctioneer).

They gladly put Bob up on the podium and I believe between 2:00pm and 3:00pm he sold more items than they had in the first 3 hours.  Even though Bob kicked the auction into high gear, they were still going when we headed out at 6:30pm.  They must have had a thousand or more bags of fish and plants.  Lots of very cool stuff too.  I bought a breeding group of cories, (I thought they were albino BN plecos), and a bag of Water Wisteria.

Had a great time, saw all kinds of cool fish and plants, talked with many old friends and made some new ones too!  Sorry, no photos.  They may put some up on the GCAS website, if they do I'll add a link here.....

It sounds like you had a lot of fun Dennis. I liked going to the GCCA auction. It was almost the same thing auction started around 10:30am and I left around 5:00pm and they still had more bags to auction off. Most of the fish were sold cheap too. They were selling Labidochromis caeruleus for 1 dollar a bag. there were 6 to 12 fish per bag. They had a lot of them. At the end people weren't even taking buying them that cheap.

Fattened the auction cories up with some earthworm sticks and after a 50% water changes with some cool rain water.....

Roll them off into small cup, I use the 5oz Dixie cups, and toss em in a 2 1/2 gal with an airstone, no heat needed....get some cory fry ;D Those eggs are sticky like a booger...LOL
