Slow cooker beef, potato, and green bean casserole
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
1 white onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup half and half (or cream)
1 lb frozen tater tots
1/2 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
1 can French's fried onions (optional)
Directions
1. Cook the beef with the chopped onions over medium heat until the beef has browned and then drain. Pour the soup and the half and half over the beef and stir with a wooden spoon until well-mixed. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Lightly grease your slow cooker before layering the tater tots and the green beans in the bottom of the dish. Pour the soup and beef mixture over the top, ensuring that the vegetables are completely covered, and cook on low for 6 hours. Serve with a sprinkling of French's fried onions on top.

...1st off, it needs creme of mushroom soup....not the creme of celery.....and it needs something else, but we can't decide on what...

...LOL...we ate about 3/4's of the pot......so it's not terrible tho...and it's filling....
