I'm having a bad back day today.  I hate my back.  Before my back fell apart I didn't feel worthless, I felt strong.  Oh well...nothing to do but deal with it and bitch about it to my friends.
Always move forward. Never look back.

It will feel better on it's own.  I love a hot hot bath but it doesn't have an effect on my back.  I think that what my back needs I good lawn mowing.  I get that Zen feeling when I mow.  I used to get that just from everyday physical labor but these days I only get it from pushing the mower.

At least I can find feeling somewhere.
Always move forward. Never look back.
